Frequently Asked Questions

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT JUNK HAULING

We keep our pricing simple and base it on how much space your items take up in our trailer. It starts at $150 for single items. Before we load anything, we'll give you a free, exact estimate in person so you know the price beforehand. No hidden fees and no surprises.

We can haul away almost anything two guys can lift! This includes furniture (sofas, mattresses, tables), appliances (refrigerators, washers, AC units), yard waste (branches, sod, grass clippings), construction debris (drywall, wood, tile, concrete), hot tubs, swing sets, and general household trash.

Yes, we can't accept hazardous materials. This is for the safety of our crew and to follow local dump regulations. We don't take asbestos, chemical solvents, wet paint (if it's dried in the can, that's fine), motor oil, gasoline, propane tanks, ammunition, fireworks, or biohazard waste.

Yes. We are fully licensed and bonded, and we carry a $2,000,000 commercial liability policy along with full workers' comp for our crew. We can send over a Certificate of Insurance (COI) quickly if you need one for commercial or property management jobs.

Yes, we work Monday through Sunday and can usually get out to you the same day or next day. Call or text Chris at (916) 295-2622 to check our schedule, or fill out our online quote form to save your spot.

Yes! We live and work here, so keeping our local area clean is important to us. We sort through every load to separate reusable furniture, household goods, and toys to donate to local Placer County charities. We also sort out recyclables like metals, wood, and electronics to drop them off at local recycling centers.

No way! You don't have to lift a finger or drag anything to the curb. Our crew handles all the heavy lifting and loading from wherever the items sit—whether it's inside your garage, upstairs in a bedroom, or out in the backyard. You just point, and we do the work.

We use large-capacity trailers that hold more than the standard dump trucks you see with the big national franchises. Because our trailers are bigger, we can haul more junk in a single trip, which saves you money and gets the job done faster.

We cover Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln, Folsom, Granite Bay, El Dorado Hills, Loomis, Penryn, Plumas Lake, and Nicolaus. If you're nearby and want to verify if we cover your area, just give Chris a call or text.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and digital invoices (like Apple Pay or online bank pay). Payment is due once we've finished the job and swept up.

Yes, we work with a lot of realtors, landlords, property managers, and general contractors. We offer priority dispatch for commercial jobs, direct W-9 billing, and can set up Net-15 or Net-30 invoice accounts for repeat clients.

Heavy materials like concrete, brick, dirt, sod, and gravel are load-limited by weight rather than volume. Because they require special handling and dump fees, we quote these projects separately after checking the site.

Yes, we do! We handle hot tub teardowns, deck demolition, and tearing down old sheds or play structures. Our crew brings reciprocating saws, sledgehammers, and drills to safely break everything down, load it up, and sweep the area clean.

We keep it simple—cancellations and rescheduling are free. If something comes up and you need to change your time, just call or text us at least a couple of hours in advance so we can adjust our route.

It's usually best if you (or someone you trust) are there to approve the price and make sure you're happy with the work. But if you can't make it, we can easily send you before-and-after photos, coordinate everything over text, and take payment by phone or digital invoice.

If we find old photos, important papers, money, or sentimental items while clearing out a house, we stop immediately, set them aside in a safe spot, and make sure they go directly back to you or the estate executor.
