By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site or hire our services.
Kale's Junk & Trash Hauling provides professional hauling, cleanout, and recycling services. We do not accept hazardous materials, including but not limited to: asbestos, chemicals, biological waste, motor oil, fuels, solvents, ammunition, or fireworks. The client warrants that the items to be hauled do not contain any of these prohibited substances.
Estimates provided sight-unseen are non-binding. Final pricing is based on the actual volume (space occupied in the trailer), difficulty of loading, and weight, and will be agreed upon on-site before loading begins. Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless commercial net terms have been approved in writing.
We carry $2M commercial liability insurance. While we take maximum care, we are not liable for pre-existing structural damage, scratches, or wear to driveways, lawns, gates, or walls during the normal course of moving heavy items. It is the client's responsibility to identify and clear pathways prior to our crew's arrival.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
