Hazardous Waste Policy

For the safety of our crew, compliance with California environmental regulations, and local landfill policies, Kale's Junk & Trash Hauling does not accept hazardous materials. These substances require specialized disposal facilities and processing equipment that our standard hauling setups are not configured to transport.

Prohibited Materials List

We cannot haul, load, or dispose of the following items:

• ✕ Chemicals & Solvents: Pesticides, pool chemicals, ammonia, bleach, and industrial solvents.
• ✕ Fuels & Oils: Gasoline, diesel, motor oil, kerosene, propane tanks, and oil filters.
• ✕ Wet Paint & Sealants: Uncured paint, varnishes, wood stains, and liquid sealants.
• ✕ Asbestos & Lead: Contaminated drywall, piping insulation, or tiles containing asbestos.
• ✕ Biological & Medical Waste: Syringes, medical packaging, animal carcasses, or biohazardous waste.
• ✕ Explosives & Weapons: Fireworks, flares, ammunition, fireworks, or dynamite.

What We DO Accept

We accept all standard household goods, furniture, electronics (E-waste), appliances, tires (up to 4), construction debris, hot tubs, green yard waste, cardboard, and general yard trash.
